Dr. Paser was instrumental in setting realistic, obtainable goals in a data cycle to improve teaching and learning. She knew the qualities of the staff & worked with administrators to ensure those positive attributes were completely utilized. And, Dr. Paser was instrumental in creating a "parent liaison" program for our school that was so successful, the school district replicated it in all schools.
