With 10 years of experience working with Principals, Assistant Principals, and Central Office Administrators, Dr. Paser has provided professional development and coaching to continue to develop leadership skills in school administrators.

 

She was a teacher and school counselor in a rural school district for 19 years. Dr. Paser was an Elementary Principal in an Urban School District for 5 years and a Central Office Administrator for 10 years in that same district of approximately 10,000 students.
